As I knew nothing about essential oil I needed something that would update me fast and this is the right book for Essential Oil beginners. It gave a brief description of the nature of the essential oil and then goes on explaining the 50 most used. In the end I thought I have an idea about the subject.

Siccome non conoscevo affatto gli olii essenziali, mi serviva una sorta di bignami, anche se questo non é proprio piccolino, peró é perfetto per i principianti, perché spiega il tutto dall'inizio, per arrivare poi nel dettaglio ad elencare gli usi specifici dei 50 olii essenziali piú usati. Alla fine credo almeno di essermi fatta un'idea.
