This second book about the Cabot sisters has left me quite puzzled. Grace was one of my favorite characters and she does not lose a lot of her luster, but maybe she was put it in a situation that has not been easy for the author to describe.

Sometimes it seemed to me that Merryton was definitely too much as a man with obsessive compulsive disorder, then his character even made me uncomfortable at times. Not the usual love story, indeed, to be precise, not the usual story.

Questo secondo libro sulle sorelle Cabot mi ha lasciato parecchio interdetta. Grace era uno dei miei personaggi preferiti e non perde parecchio del suo smalto, ma forse metterla in una situazione cosí estrema non é stato facile da descrivere per l'autrice.

A volte mi é sembrato che Merryton fosse decisamente eccessivo come ossessivo compulsivo, quindi il suo personaggio mi ha messo anche a disagio a volte. Non la solita storia d'amore, anzi, per essere precisi, non la solita storia.
