This last installment in this series ends between the first book (my favorite) and the last favorite one, which is the second book. I like the characters enough to read it till the end, but in a way there were too many lies that, in my opinions where far from being necessaries and so too much drama going on in the whole book.

Questo ultimo volume della serie, lo posizionerei tra il primo, che resta il mio preferito e il secondo, che invece non mi é piaciuto per niente. I personaggi non erano male, ma il livello di bugie e sfiducia ha riempito il romanzo di un sacco di dramma assolutamente non necessario secondo me.

As I thought (fulfilled prophecy) I haven't liked this book as much as the previous one, because I just didn't like the plot and found not believable at all. Rich people do not marry under their status, not so much anyway. So, I think I will finish the series because there is only one left, but still....

Come pensavo, questo non mi é piaciuto tanto quanto il primo, perché la trama era assolutamente poco credibile perché i ricchi non si sposano le ragazze povere e senza status sociale, almeno non cosí tanto. Quindi finirò la serie fondamentalmente perché mi manca solo un libro e spero che sia leggibile.

I enjoyed this book a lot, because it has the right dose of misunderstanding and betrayal to justify the convoluted plot. I'm going straight to read the next one even if the plot is not so much to my liking right now.

Questo libro mi é piaciuto perché c'é la giusta dose di tradimento e sfiducia che porta poi all'happy ending. Quindi mi appresto a leggere il secondo anche se, devo dire, che dopo aver letto la quarta di copertina non credo lo apprezzeró tanto quanto questo.

Pretty cool, I like the way thins are moving on compared to some other books, and I'm looking froward to the final showdown with the president. April and Damon are a good enough couple, even if it was, in my opinion, a bit too much of instant love, which I do not appreciate a lot.

Mi é piaciuto, soprattutto per come le cose si stanno muovendo complessivamente e rispetto ad altri libri in cui non succedeva poi molto, diciamo che mi aspetto molto dall'incontro finale con il presidente. April e Damon non sono male come coppia, anche se questo instalove non é poi cosí digeribile da parte mia.

I liked this story, mostly because it is not your usual romance, even if the lady involved is a lady of the ton, but Clarence, not, not at all. Plus I was happy to see many of the disgraced lords again, it was like a family reunion.

Questa storia mi é piaciuta fondamentalmente perché, sebbene lei sia una lady del ton, Clarence non lo é nemmeno lontanamente, anzi. Inoltre sono stata contenta di rivedere alcuni tra i disgraced lords, sembrava quasi una riunione di famiglia.

Mehhh, after reading Dating you/Hating you, this book was almost a complete disappointment, mostly due to the fact that it was almost forgone and a little bit repetitive. Anyway, I liked almost every other book they wrote so no problem.

Dopo aver letto Dating you /Hating you, questo nuovo libro del mitico duo Christina Lauren mi ha piuttosto deluso, soprattutto perché non é che facesse poi ridere come al solito e poi era tremendamente scontato e ripetitivo. Detto questo, siccome gli altri mi sono piaciuti piú o meno tutti tanto, non credo che questo romanzo fará la differenza.

It has been a while since the last time I read Christina Lauren and I was not disappointed, even if this one starts with likeness and then became one of this romance where people go from hate to love. A little bit like Beautiful Bastard but with less comic interaction and a little bit more of deep thoughts about women and works.

Era passato un po' di tempo dall'ultima volta che avevo letto qualcosa di Christina Lauren e non sono rimasta delusa, anche se questo parte da due persone che all'inizio si piacciono, ma poi si odiano e poi si amano, un po' come Beautiful Bastard, con meno dialoghi divertenti e qualche pensiero profondo in piú, specialmente per quanto riguarda il ruolo ed il diverso trattamento che spesso viene riservato alle donne che lavorano.

Love and heartache in this beautiful regency romance by E. Kingston, but I haven't appreciate so much the end, it seemed a little bit rushed to me and I was expecting something different and not so Childish from Helen, after everything she survived. Anyway a very enjoyable book.

Amore e disperazione vanno a braccetto in questo regency di E. Kingston, ma la fine non mi é piaciuta per niente perché mi é sembrata affrettata e un comportamento cosí puerile di Helen, dopo tutto quello che aveva passato, in qualche modo non mi é sembrato poi tanto in linea con il personaggio.

I liked this book a lot, even if it's not your usual romance and the plot is super convoluted and the characters do not fall in love with each other very soon. Still loved the story a lot, I'm going immediately to read the next one where the cold crazy mum is involved!

Questo libro mi é piaciuto molto, anche se é molto lontano dal solito romanzo d'amore, prima di tutto perché la trama é molto complessa, inoltre i personaggi principali ci mettono proprio tantissimo ad innamorarsi l'uno dell'altra. Ciononostante la storia é bella e vado subito a leggere il seguito che vede come personaggio principale la mamma fredda come un ghiacciolo e pazza da legare!

Eluned and Robert grow on me through the book, because at the beginning I was indifferent to him and openly disliked her, due to her acts on the first book. In the end everything was fine anyway and the plot was really good this time also that I read this book completely in one setting.

Eluned e Robin mi stavano completamente indifferenti (lui) quando proprio non mi piacevano (lei) all'inizio del libro, specialmente per come si era comportata lei come madre nel primo libro, ma alla fine tutto é andato a posto, anche attraverso un'altra trama veramente complicata anche stavolta, che mi ha tenuta agganciata al libro dall'inizio alla fine.

I read this book because on the blog of the feminist romance it was signaled of one of "the good" books. It probably is, I cannot really judge, but for me was a little bit boring and Alex was so full of doubts that in the end I couldn't stand all his coming and going anymore.

Ho letto questo libro perché era segnalato sul blog dei romanzi rosi femministi. Probabilmente lo é anche se io non sono in grado di giudicarlo, so solo che con Alex che veniva e andava e ci ripensava in continuazione, alla fine il mio sentimento predominante era la noia.

Amanda Quick is one of my favorite writer of mystery romance and I liked also the Victorian setting, there are two main good characters and the plot has a good development even if I disagree sometimes with some of the things Lucas said to Victoria, but ok.

Amanda quick é sempre stata una delle mie scrittrici preferite, a prescindere dall'alias che utilizza, e mi é piaciuto anche questo mystery romance ambientato in epoca vittoriana. I due personaggi principali sono ben caratterizzati e la trama si sviluppa in modo lineare fino alla sorpresa finale, non sono sempre d'accordo con alcune delle cose che Lucas dice a Victoria, ma fa lo stesso.

Annie Nicholas is always a super funny reading. This time we have Eoin and Angie, one dragon and one something that smells suspiciously like a she-dragon but cannot shift. We all know how is it going to end, but the road was not an easy one but still amusing!

Annie Nicholas é sempre molto divertente da leggere. Stavolta abbiamo Eoin ed Angie, un drago e qualcosa che ha l'odore di un drago femmina, ma non puó mutare forma. Sappiamo tutti come va a finire un paranormal romance, ma arrivare all'happy ending é stato comunque uno spasso!
