Positive psychology + Mindfulness + cognitive/behavioural therapy.
As a matter of fact this book was pretty good, because it was clear and has a lot of examples, that in my opinion are what make self-help books really helpful.

Bel libro, chiaro e ben spiegato e soprattutto con un sacco di esempi, che secondo me, sono quelli che rendono veramente utile un qualsiasi manuale di auto-aiuto.
