Probably the saddest of the three even if there's no war to be afraid of. The sad reunion between a mother and her children, the pain of being alive, the difficult of starting all over again. I would have loved to know the end, but in a way it was better Kerr's end.
Probabilmente il piú triste dei tre, anche se non c'é piú nessuna guerra mondiale di cui preoccuparsi. Il triste incontro tra una madre ed i suoi figli, il dolore di essere vivi, la difficoltá di ricominciare tutto da capo....Mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere come finiva, ma in fondo l'autrice ha scelto diversamente per me e forse ha ragione lei.
