A nice book about mindfulness whose biggest contribution, in my opinion, is the stress of knowing the difference between your emotions and your feelings. Gives a lot of examples of techniques to "survive" stressful situation and enjoy the good ones.

Libro interessante sulla Mindfulness il cui miglior contributo, a mio parare, é l'importanza che viene data alla capacitá di distinguere tra sentimenti ed emozioni. Offre molti esempi per le tecniche da usare per superare situazioni stressanti e godere appieno di quelle piacevoli.
