Mammamia, this book is really difficult, not because it is not clear, but because of the argument that is ethics in medicine in reference to postmodernism. That is not so clear, but it is not that much better if I try to explain it because I do not think it is so clear to this day. However, the author introduces the concept of micro-ethic and illustrates how ethics, in the end, reduces itself to a series of small choices that are then made not only in the practice of clinical medicine, but also in everyday life.
Mammamia, questo libro é veramente difficile, non tanto perché non é chiaro, quanto piuttosto per l'argomento che tratta, l'etica in medicina in riferimento all'ottica postmodernista. Detta cosí non é chiara, ma non é che migliora molto se provo a spiegarvela anche perché non mi é chiaro a tutt'oggi. Comunque l'autore introduce il concetto di microetica e cioé illustra come l'etica, alla fine, si riduce ad una serie di piccole scelte che vengono poi fatte non solo durante la pratica della clinica medica, ma anche nella vita di tutti i giorni.
