In this moment where the bookshops are full of book about Japan, it is interesting to read something wrote when Japan was not so loved or cool. The situation, after this 3rd book, seems pretty clear, economy is not working and people are not so happy (and my generation, who grow up with cartoons should have already known). So, it seems like this country is ok for the holidays....
In questo momento in cui le librerie pullulano di libri sul Giappone, é estremamente interessante leggere libri che sono stati scritti prima di questo ondata di amore per la cultura nipponica. Dopo tre libri sul genere, quello che mi é chiaro é che l'economia giapponese soffre, piú o meno come le persone, e questo, la mia generazione che é cresciuta a pane e cartoni animati, avrebbe giá dovuto saperlo. Un buon posto per le vacanze quindi....
