Since Kabath-Zinn a lot has been written about mindfulness. This books help us to find out the sources of some of the things that are now taken for granted. Buddhism and Yoga to help relax and meditating, plus some other information and clear explanation. Interesting enough if it's one of you first book about mindfulness.

Da quando Kabath-Zinn scrisse il suo libro, molto é stato detto sulla Mindfullness. Questo libro ci aiuta a scoprire o riscoprire le fonti che ora vengono date per scontate, come per esempio il buddismo e lo yoga per aiutarci a rilassarci e meditare; ci sono inoltre altre informazioni e chiare spiegazioni. Interessante se é il primo o uno dei primi libri che leggete sull'argomento.

Something to bost your Creativity, but I found the target has to be lower in age as I expected, because most of the times I didn't find the things proposed interesting enough.

Un diario che, in teoria, dovrebbe aumentare la creativitá, ma credo che il target del prodotto forse sia l'adolescenza, perché la maggior parte del tempo le cose proposte mi annoiavano, piuttosto che farmi sentire creativa.

An interesting new version of therapy and self-help book. I have never read the blog where this book originates, but I'm going to do it as soon as possible because as a psychotherapist myself, I think that there is no therapy that works for everybody without constant adjusting, so it's fine to get some new lines to handle stuff.

Una nuova versione della terapia e dei libri di auto aiuto. Non ho mai letto il blog da cui origina questo libro, ma lo faró quanto prima, anche perché come psicoterapeuta sono ben consapevole del fatto che nessuna terapia vada bene per tutti e che tutte necessitano di essere ritagliate sul cliente, quindi mi sembra anche il caso di introdurre nuovi parametri di tanto in tanto.

Nice and not too difficult recipes to made your salad different everyday. And as usual the pictures were wonderful.

Ricette carine e non troppo difficile per fare un'insalata diversa al giorno. E come al solito le foto sono bellissime.
