As a person interested in Neuroscience I was super happy of reading this book as a preview for netgalley and I was not disappointed. Siri Hustved was able to convey a lot of information in a clear way, giving also suggestions about related topics and other books of interests. I was delighted even if sometimes it was not such an easy reading because they are almost 600 pages, very dense.
Come persona interessata alle neuroscienze non vi nascondo la mia gioia per aver potuto leggere in anteprima questo super mega saggio di Siri Hustved, che con quasi 600 densissime pagine, offre il suo punto di vista, supportato da quello di molti ricercatori, psicologi e scienziati, su alcuni dei temi piú discussi delle neuroscienze e dell'arte, in modo chiaro. Il tutto non é una passeggiata, ma sicuramente offre parecchi spunti di riflessione ed é soprattutto molto interessante se l'argomento vi appassiona.

Last and final book of this trilogy of the relics that I liked and suggest to read if you are interested in Old curses, premonitions, relics and druids. This time the two characters were stranded on a magic island and they were good enough not to make the story sleep into boredom, so my praise to the author.
Ultimo libro della trilogia delle reliquie che vi suggerisco di leggere se vi piacciono le storie con vecchie maledizioni, premonizioni e druidi. Stavolta i due personaggi principali sono bloccati su un'isola magica, ma l'autrice é brava e la cosa non diventa noiosa.

A fictional story that could as well be the real one of Mohamed Bouazizi in Tunisia, the man that set himself on fire and obliged the Tunisian President Ben Ali to fled abroad. I would have loved to know about what happened later, but ok, there's wikipedia....
La storia romanzata di Mohamed Bouazizi, cittadino tunisimo che all'ennesima vessazione si da fuoco davanti al comune di Sidi Bouizid iniziando le proteste che porteranno alla "Primavera araba tunisina" ed alla destituzione del presidente Ben Ali. Mi sarebbe piaciuto sapere di piú su quanto successo in seguito, ma ok, c'é sempre wikipedia....

The first one on this series was, in my opinion, a little bit better. Even if Magnus was a nice guy, I found him obnoxious and boring, not as much as Tara anyway, I suppose she has a bipolar disorder.
So I'm going to read the next one hoping for the best and, mostly, hoping is the last.
Il primo di questa serie era meglio. Anche se Magnus era un tipo a posto, mi e´sembrato noioso, ma mai quanto Tara, che secondo me ha un disturbo bipolare della personalitá. Quindi credo che leggeró il prossimo, sperando che sia meglio, ma soprattutto che sia l'ultimo.

It has been a long time since I read the last book involving werewolves, so I was happy to read about them written by Lauren Dane, who is one of my favorite author. I didn't like Lex at the beginning, but I have to say I grow on me so in the end I was happy that I got to read this book, and probably all the other on this series ;)
Era tanto che non leggevo un libro sui lupi mannari, quindi leggerne uno scritto da Lauren Dane mi sembrava un doppio vantaggio. All'inizio peró, devo ammettere che Lex non mi piaceva per niente, peró alla fine mi ci ero affezionata e quindi mi sa che leggeró anche gli altri di questa serie....

Short story involving one of the Warden's sister and HER foreign artist mate, whom is not interested about she's being not interested. Funny but too short.
Storia breve che vede la partecipazione di una delle sorelle Warden che non é interessata a diventare la compagna di un artista, che non é interessato al fatto che lei non sia interessata. Divertente, ma troppo corta.
