It's not that the story was so new, second chances to love again and so on, but Dante was so stereotypical as a selfish rich Italian man that seriously it was laughable, and laughing to the main character of a romance doesn't help the book, so that was my problem, but maybe it's only because I'm Italian....
Non che la storia fosse una grossa novità con tutta la faccenda delle seconde chance da dare ad un amore, ma Dante era così stereotipato come egoista maschio italiano che mi faceva ridere, e ridere del personaggio principale di un libro d'amore non aiuta molto il libro in questione, quindi questo è stato il mio problema con il libro, ma magari solo perchè sono italiana....
