This is not the first book that I read praising the many reasons why eating "the Mediterranean way" is healthier in many ways, still it was one of the best written and with a lot of science behind its explanations. So I would suggest to every one who wants to change the way of eating and doesn't only want a "momentary" diet.

Non é certo il primo libro che leggo, che tesse le lodi della "dieta mediterranea" intesa come stile di vita e abitudini alimentari, ma é ben scritto e con molte ricerche scientifiche alle basi delle sue affermazioni. Quindi lo consiglieró a tutti i miei amici stranieri che sono alla ricerca di un modo piú salutare di mangiare, piuttosto che di una dieta momentanea.
