As a real story, this one shattered my heart to pieces, even if I studied Alzheimer disease before, but told from the patient point of view it's devastating. Lisa Genova is a good writer and a neuroscientist and she actually take the vacant place left by Oliver Sacks. I'm going to read her other books right now.
Questa é una storia vera che mi ha spezzato il cuore, anche se avevo studiato l'Alzehimer anche all'universitá, ma l'effetto é diverso quando le parole sono quelle di un paziente. Lisa Genova ´una brava scrittrice oltre che neuroscienziata e potrebbe tranquillamente colmare la lacuna lasciata da Oliver Sacks. Credo che passeró direttamente ad un altro suo libro.
