As a psychotherapist I'm probably one of the most biased person to read this book, I cannot really see the point of an auto diagnosis trough psychology test picked up from the local library, but each one her own, so if you really think you can do everything alone without asking the professionals out there, then this book could be good, even if it would take you much more time and mistakes.
Come psicoterapeuta mi sfugge completamente l'utilitá di autodiagnosticarsi attraverso test psicologici e libri presi in prestito dalla biblioteca, piuttosto che farsi aiutare da tutti i professionisti che ci sono in giro, quindi non era proprio il caso che scrivessi in effetti questa recensione, tanto meno che leggessi il libro; d'altra parte, se siete una di quelle persone che preferiscono fare tutto da sole mettendoci molto piú tempo e commettendo molti piú errori, allora buon divertimento.
