This book begins with a long introduction to explain why obesity and type 2 diabetes are an increasingly serious problem in the United States, then continues by listing the various issues for the body which can lead to hypertension. Continues then indicating a dietary plan definitely feasible, at least for those who, like me, is accustomed to the Mediterranean diet. Interesting but it lacks the recipes ;)

Questo libro inizia con una lunga introduzione per spiegare come mai l'obesitá e il diabete di tipo 2 sono un problema sempre piú grave negli Stati Uniti, prosegue poi elencando le varie problematiche a livello fisico a cui puó portare l'ipertensione. Prosegue qundi indicando un piano dietetico decisamente fattibile, almeno per chi, come me, é abituato alla dieta mediterranea. Interessante ma mancano le ricette ;)
