Sweet little novella involving an heroine with amnesia and a hero who doesn't consider himself as one. As always Valerie Bowman was able to depict an entertaining story that leaves you happy than before.

Breve e delicata novella che prevede la nostra eroina con l'amnesia e il nostro eroe riluttante ad essere considerato tale. Come al solito Valerie Bowman é stata capace di scrivere una storia divertente che lascia "un buon sapore in bocca".

A Decent Ride by Irvine Welsh

Irvine Welsh is absolutely not my cup of tea. It seems to me that he succeeds in putting together all the worse thing in life and then laugh about it, it can be useful but it is not something I enjoy reading. Plus his language (Scottish) is really difficult for somebody like me that is not English mother tongue.

Irvin Welsh non é assolutamente il mio tipo di autore. Mi sembra che lui raggiunga il successo mettendo assieme tutte le brutture della vita e ridendoci sopra, puó essere utile ma non é qualcosa che mi diverta a leggere. Inoltre in lingua originale é quasi incomprensibile per chi non é avvezzo allo slang scozzese.

Well written, clear, full of explanations and pictures and in the end even of recipes, best book about teas I read so far.

Ben scritto, chiaro, pieno di spiegazioni e fotografie e alla fine ci sono anche delle ricette, probabilmente il miglior libro sul té che abbia letto fino a questo momento.

The Sympathizer by Viet Thanh Nguyen

This is a well written and interesting book, that shows how hard is to be thorn between two different culture, or country. Pity is that my big ignorance about the Vietnam war, what preceded it and also what has followed didn't allow me to get all the things involved.

Questo é un libro ben scritto ed interessante, che mostra quanto sia duro sentirsi diviso tra due culture, o tra due paesi. Peccato che la mia quasi totale ignoranza riguardo la guerra del Vietnam, quello che l'ha scatenata e quanto è seguito, mi ha impedito di comprendere appieno tutto quello che stava succedendo e le varie implicazioni.
