I liked this book even if sometimes I thought it was not crystal clear, or better, it can be a little bit confusing if the reader is not so much "into the brain". Still what is the most important thing about this book is how the author explains the little changes that have to happen to make the big differences in our life.

Mi è piaciuto questo libro, anche se penso che per chi non è poi così "addentro al cervello" alcune informazioni possono risultare un po' confuse. Credo che comunque la cosa più importate sia come l'autrice evidezi come alcuni piccoli cambiamenti possano portare a grosse differenze nella nostra vita.

As this was not my first Erma Bombeck Book, I knew what I was going to read, still this time there's more than the funny part. Only little problem is that the book is a little bit old anyway it was similar to a friend talking in a bar while waiting the kids to stop running around in the spielplatz.

Questo non è stato il primo libro che leggevo di Erma Bombeck quindi sapevo più o meno cosa aspettarmi, ma stavolta c'era qualcosa di più in questi brevi saggi oltre all'umore. Unico piccolo problema è stato il fatto che questo libro è datato, dovrebbe essere uscito durante gli anni '80, ma comunque il più delle volte mi sembrava di parlare con un'amica in un caffè mentre aspettavo che i bambini si stancassero al parco giochi.

Avendo fatto Yoga Kundalini ero già a conoscenza di alcune delle cose scritte in questo libro, ma ce n'erano molte altre veramente interessanti, specialmente quando l'autrice esplora i legami tra i chakra e la creatività. Non solo per gli amanti dello yoga e della meditazione.

I found this book really interesting, mostly because I have no idea that they are building a pipeline that goes from Canada to the end of the U.S., Texas to be precise. The writer is an ecologist but he takes into consideration all the pros and the cons and still leaves a little bit of hope in the end.

Ho trovato questo libro molto interessante, principalmente perchè non avevo idea stessero costruendo una condotta che va dal Canada al Texas. Lo scrittore è un ecologista contrario, ma nel libro descrive ed intervista sia i favorevoli che i contrari e alla fine riesce anche a lasciare un po' di speranza.

So nice this story about berserker, magic, beauty, beast and love. I really like this dystopian world where corporation get together to control the world and some people contrasts them and try to show the rest of the world their machinations. I really hope the third book is going to be out pretty soon, I devolved a serious addiction to this story...

Mi piace parecchio questa storia con guerrieri Berserk, magia, la bella, la bestia e l'amore ovviamente. Inoltre sono affascinata da questo mondo distopico dove le aziende si sono unite per cercare di controllare il mondo e un manipolo di ribelli cerca di contrastarli per dimostrare al resto del mondo quello che sta succedento. Spero che il terzo libro esca a breve perchè sto sviluppando una seria dipendenza per questa storia.

A little bit too simplistic, even if in some cases simple is the best. Maybe is good for the beginning, but it's always better go straight to somebody like a psychologist or better a psychotherapist, that can help you on the long distance.

Un po' troppo semplicistico, anche se in alcuni casi essere semplici, chiari e diretti è meglio. Comunque anche se all'inizio può essere più utile, sempre meglio recarsi poi da uno specialista che ci possa aiutare sulla lunga distanza.
