As usual my first point is that I don't like short stories so much, but as Eugenides is one of my favorite author I was going to read them anyway. Some are really very good, bittersweet, and some totally bitter, but in each of them there is something that make you remember that as if it was a book in itself and not some pages in a collection, I guess this is the reason why he is such a good author.
Non mi piacciono le storie, preferisco di gran lunga i romanzi, ma siccome questo é Eugenides, andava letto comunque. Molte storie sono agrodolci, altre semplicemente amare, ma é facile ricordare ognuna a se stante e non come parte di una collezione, perché hanno un forte impatto. Immagino questa sia la ragione per la quale l'autore é considerato un grande.
