Book rather clear and very schematic on anger management based on cognitive therapy and mindfulness along with some innovative ideas of the authors. Quite useful to defuse some beliefs, even of the people themselves, respect to anger as unmanageable.

Libro piuttosto chiaro e molto schematico sulla gestione della rabbia basato sulla terapia cognitiva assieme alla mindfulness e ad alcune idee innovative degli autori. PIuttosto utile per disinnescare alcune credenze, anche delle persone stesse, rispetto alla rabbia come ingestibile.
